.The AND.M team want you to have the best possible experience whilst shopping with us. Below we have outlined a legal guideline designed to help everyone involved have a good experience. We also understand that each situation is different and can often be flexible to make sure the best possible outcome is reached.

 

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order with AND.M you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If you have any concerns or questions about these terms and conditions, please contact us at team@andmdesign.com.

Dispatch times may vary depending on availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

OUR FABRIC

All our fabric is sourced from local artists and businesses in Indonesia and is as handmade as possible. Whilst we endeavour to make sure the best care is taken of the fabric during production and work to ensure all products reach you looking amazing, we take no responsibility for fading of colour due to wash and wear once in your possession. This can be unpredictable and vary to each individual piece of fabric. Entering into a contract with AND.M upon purchase is understanding that this is the nature of handmade and hand painted batik fabrics. To give the best life to your AND.M design please make sure you carefully read and consider the care instructions for your item. This is particularly important in relation to AND.M Tulis designs. OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card or payment has been processed on PayPal. At that stage, your order will be dispatched, and you will be sent an email confirming this. 

 

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices on this site are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD). All prices and availabilities are as stated on the website, but AND.M reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, small errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 

Product availability may change without notice. In most cases this is due to the uniqueness of our fabrics, the artists creating them, their price and availability.

In line with the AND.M production model built on limited supply patterns, availability can change without warning and vary depending on design allocation. If you see a pattern you particularly like pre-order and design allocation is available. For more information please contact us at team@andmdesign.com.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost' at point of sale.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Full payment is required before shipping. Ordered items will be shipped once full payment in received in AND.M's account. VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal are accepted payment methods. 


CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) at any time until point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.





The AND.M Team are here to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us. For all online purchases, we offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any items that have not been worn, washed or altered.

All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Please indicate via email the reason of your return and if you would prefer a store credit, exchange or refund to your credit card.

Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt, less any shipping costs incurred. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. If goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. All transactions will be refunded in the original payment method.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. In the case that an item was faulty or damaged, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. AND.M will not refund international duties and taxes.
